For the purposes of this Part, land within the Minmi–Newcastle Link Road site is in a zone as follows if the land is shown on the Land Zoning Map as being in that zone—
(a) Zone R2 Low Density Residential,
(b) Zone B2 Local Centre,
(c) Zone E1 National Parks and Nature Reserves,
(d) Zone E2 Environmental Conservation.
