sec.20 Approved forms
The availability under the Act of a form, or a new version of a form, must be notified on a website with a URL that contains ‘qld.gov.au’, other than the website of a local government. A form, a new version of a form or a notice is published on the website mentioned in subsection (1) if it is published on, or accessible through, the website. This section applies despite the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 48 (5) and (6) . s 20 amd 2020 Act No. 15 s 218 sch 1 (sec.20-ssec.1) The availability under the Act of a form, or a new version of a form, must be notified on a website with a URL that contains ‘qld.gov.au’, other than the website of a local government.
