46 Offence not to produce licence
The holder of a licence must produce the licence for inspection upon request by any of the following—
(a) an inspector;
(b) a provider, a worker for a provider or a host;
(c) a police officer;
(d) a prescribed person.
- In the case of a natural person, 12 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 60 penalty units.
