sec.98 Who may appeal
A person or organisation who is given a QCAT information notice for a decision may apply, as provided for under the QCAT Act , for a review of the decision. If the person or organisation making the application is a person mentioned in section 93 (2) , the holder of the licence to which the decision relates is a party to the review proceeding. (sec.98-ssec.1) A person or organisation who is given a QCAT information notice for a decision may apply, as provided for under the QCAT Act , for a review of the decision. (sec.98-ssec.2) If the person or organisation making the application is a person mentioned in section 93 (2) , the holder of the licence to which the decision relates is a party to the review proceeding.
