sec.67 Application of subdivision
A power under this subdivision may be exercised if an inspector enters a place under section 55 (1) (a) , (c) or (d) . However, if the inspector enters under section 55 (1) (a) or (c) , the powers under this subdivision are subject to any conditions of the consent or terms of the warrant. (sec.67-ssec.1) A power under this subdivision may be exercised if an inspector enters a place under section 55 (1) (a) , (c) or (d) .
