sec.26 Surrender
A licensee may surrender the licensee’s licence by giving the chief executive notice of the surrender and returning the licence. A licence surrendered under this section stops having effect on the day it is surrendered. (sec.26-ssec.1) A licensee may surrender the licensee’s licence by giving the chief executive notice of the surrender and returning the licence.
