sec.100 Offence proceedings
A proceeding for an offence against this Act must start— within 1 year after the offence is committed; or within 6 months after the commission of the offence comes to the complainant’s knowledge, but within 2 years after the commission of the offence. (sec.100-ssec) A proceeding for an offence against this Act must start— within 1 year after the offence is committed; or within 6 months after the commission of the offence comes to the complainant’s knowledge, but within 2 years after the commission of the offence.
