sec.95 Notice of change of keno subagent’s place of operation
This section applies if a keno subagent changes, or proposes to change, the subagent’s place of operation and the principal keno licensee becomes aware of the change or proposed change. Within 7 days after the principal keno licensee becomes aware of the change or proposed change, the licensee must inform the chief executive of the keno subagent’s new, or proposed new, place of operation. (sec.95-ssec.1) This section applies if a keno subagent changes, or proposes to change, the subagent’s place of operation and the principal keno licensee becomes aware of the change or proposed change. (sec.95-ssec.2) Within 7 days after the principal keno licensee becomes aware of the change or proposed change, the licensee must inform the chief executive of the keno subagent’s new, or proposed new, place of operation.
