sec.92 Appointment
A keno agent may appoint a person (a keno subagent ) as an agent of the keno agent for the conduct of keno games by the keno licensee for whom the keno agent acts. However, a keno agent may appoint a keno subagent only if the keno agent is authorised under the agency agreement to make the appointment. (sec.92-ssec.1) A keno agent may appoint a person (a keno subagent ) as an agent of the keno agent for the conduct of keno games by the keno licensee for whom the keno agent acts. (sec.92-ssec.2) However, a keno agent may appoint a keno subagent only if the keno agent is authorised under the agency agreement to make the appointment.
