sec.91 Notice of change of keno agent’s place of operation
This section applies if a keno agent changes, or proposes to change, the agent’s place of operation and the keno licensee becomes aware of the change or proposed change. Within 7 days after the keno licensee becomes aware of the change or proposed change, the licensee must inform the chief executive of the keno agent’s new, or proposed new, place of operation. (sec.91-ssec.1) This section applies if a keno agent changes, or proposes to change, the agent’s place of operation and the keno licensee becomes aware of the change or proposed change. (sec.91-ssec.2) Within 7 days after the keno licensee becomes aware of the change or proposed change, the licensee must inform the chief executive of the keno agent’s new, or proposed new, place of operation.
