sec.80 Notice of end of key operator’s role
This section applies if a person holds a keno employee licence as a key operator and the person stops being a key operator for a keno licensee. Within 7 days after the person stops being a key operator for the keno licensee, the licensee must notify the chief executive of that fact by notice in the approved form. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. (sec.80-ssec.1) This section applies if a person holds a keno employee licence as a key operator and the person stops being a key operator for a keno licensee.
