sec.78 Notice of end of keno employee’s employment
This section applies if— a keno licensee ends the employment of a licensed or exempt keno employee; or a licensed or exempt keno employee ends the employee’s employment with a keno licensee; or a licensed or exempt keno employee otherwise ceases to be employed by a keno licensee. Within 7 days after the licensed or exempt keno employee stops being employed by the keno licensee, the licensee must notify the chief executive of the end of the employment by notice in the approved form. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. (sec.78-ssec.1) This section applies if— a keno licensee ends the employment of a licensed or exempt keno employee; or a licensed or exempt keno employee ends the employee’s employment with a keno licensee; or a licensed or exempt keno employee otherwise ceases to be employed by a keno licensee. (sec.78-ssec.2) Within 7 days after the licensed or exempt keno employee stops being employed by the keno licensee, the licensee must notify the chief executive of the end of the employment by notice in the approved form.
