sec.68 Audit program
The chief executive may approve an audit program for investigating licensed keno employees. The chief executive is responsible for ensuring an investigation of a licensed keno employee under an approved audit program is conducted in accordance with the program. A licensed keno employee may be investigated under an audit program only once every 2 years. (sec.68-ssec.1) The chief executive may approve an audit program for investigating licensed keno employees. (sec.68-ssec.2) The chief executive is responsible for ensuring an investigation of a licensed keno employee under an approved audit program is conducted in accordance with the program. (sec.68-ssec.3) A licensed keno employee may be investigated under an audit program only once every 2 years.
