sec.44 Employing keno employees
A keno licensee must not employ a person as a keno employee unless— the person is a licensed keno employee; or in relation to the person’s functions, the person is an exempt keno employee.
- (a) the person is a licensed keno employee; or
- (b) in relation to the person’s functions, the person is an exempt keno employee.
