sec.43 Carrying out functions as keno employee
A person must not, as an employee of a keno licensee, carry out functions relating to the conduct of approved keno games unless— the person is a licensed keno employee; or in relation to the functions, the person is an exempt keno employee. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units or 1 year’s imprisonment.
- (a) the person is a licensed keno employee; or
- (b) in relation to the functions, the person is an exempt keno employee.
