sec.35 Audit program
The Minister may approve an audit program for investigating keno licensees, or business or executive associates of keno licensees. The chief executive is responsible for ensuring an investigation of a person under an approved audit program is conducted in accordance with the program. A person may be investigated under an audit program only once every 2 years. (sec.35-ssec.1) The Minister may approve an audit program for investigating keno licensees, or business or executive associates of keno licensees.
