sec.34 Cancellation or reduction of period of suspension
If a keno licence is suspended, at any time the suspension is in force, the Governor in Council may, for any remaining period of suspension— cancel the period; or reduce the period by a stated period. The Minister must promptly give written notice of the decision of the Governor in Council to the keno licensee. (sec.34-ssec.1) If a keno licence is suspended, at any time the suspension is in force, the Governor in Council may, for any remaining period of suspension— cancel the period; or reduce the period by a stated period.
