sec.27 Consideration of representations
The Minister must consider all written representations (the accepted representations ) made during the show cause period by— the keno licensee; or an interested person to whom a copy of the show cause notice is given.
- (a) the keno licensee; or
- (b) an interested person to whom a copy of the show cause notice is given.
