sec.221 Indictable and summary offences
An offence against section 155 , 156 or 158 is an indictable offence. Any other offence against this Act is a summary offence. (sec.221-ssec.1) An offence against section 155 , 156 or 158 is an indictable offence. (sec.221-ssec.2) Any other offence against this Act is a summary offence.
