sec.218 Appointments and authority
It is not necessary to prove— the chief executive’s appointment; or an inspector’s appointment under a gaming Act; or the authority of the chief executive or an inspector to do anything under this Act.
- (a) the chief executive’s appointment; or
- (b) an inspector’s appointment under a gaming Act; or
- (c) the authority of the chief executive or an inspector to do anything under this Act.
