sec.19 Conditions of licence
The Minister may issue a keno licence on conditions the Minister considers necessary or desirable— in the public interest; or for the proper conduct of keno games by the keno licensee.
- (a) in the public interest; or
- (b) for the proper conduct of keno games by the keno licensee.
