sec.154H Particular persons not to take part in keno gaming etc.
This section applies to a person who is prohibited from taking part in keno gaming at, or entering or remaining in, an appointed agent’s approved place of operation under a self-exclusion order or an exclusion direction. The person must not take part in keno gaming at, or enter or remain in, the appointed agent’s approved place of operation. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. s 154H ins 2004 No. 21 s 80 (sec.154H-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who is prohibited from taking part in keno gaming at, or entering or remaining in, an appointed agent’s approved place of operation under a self-exclusion order or an exclusion direction.
