sec.149 Keno advertising
A person who advertises the conduct of approved keno games must take reasonable steps to ensure the advertisement— is not indecent or offensive; and is based on fact; and is not false, deceptive or misleading in a material particular.
- (a) is not indecent or offensive; and
- (b) is based on fact; and
- (c) is not false, deceptive or misleading in a material particular.
