sec.138 Keno rules
For this Act, the Minister may make rules for the playing of a game commonly known as keno. The Minister must notify the making of a rule on the department’s website. A rule takes effect— on the day the making of the rule is notified on the department’s website; or if a later day is stated in the Minister’s notice or the rule—on that day. A keno licensee may make submissions to the Minister about a rule or proposed rule. s 138 amd 2009 No. 41 s 56 ; 2022 No. 23 s 81 (sec.138-ssec.1) For this Act, the Minister may make rules for the playing of a game commonly known as keno. (sec.138-ssec.2) The Minister must notify the making of a rule on the department’s website. (sec.138-ssec.3) A rule takes effect— on the day the making of the rule is notified on the department’s website; or if a later day is stated in the Minister’s notice or the rule—on that day. (sec.138-ssec.4) A keno licensee may make submissions to the Minister about a rule or proposed rule.
