sec.104 Notice of termination of agreement
This section applies if an agency agreement is terminated otherwise than because of a direction to terminate the agreement given to the keno licensee by the chief executive. The keno licensee must notify the chief executive in writing of the termination within 7 days after the agreement is terminated. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. (sec.104-ssec.1) This section applies if an agency agreement is terminated otherwise than because of a direction to terminate the agreement given to the keno licensee by the chief executive.
