Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

These Regulations list three specific parcels (Sections 241, 244 and 245 with their survey-plan references) as the “prescribed land” under the Kenbi Land Trust Act 2011 and exclude any public road within those boundaries that was vested in the Territory, a service authority or a local council immediately before commencement (reg 3(1)–(2)).

They also keep that prescribed status intact if section numbers or survey-plan numbers change after Kenbi freehold title is granted, and rely on Surveyor‑General approvals for the plan references (reg 3(3)–(4)). Decision and record‑keeping by the Trust, Surveyor‑General and public authorities determine which land is covered and who bears compliance duties.
