(1) This clause applies to part of Lots 1 and 2, DP 1144474, 20 Airport Road, Aldavilla, identified as “16” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
(2) Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—
(a) backpackers’ accommodation,
(b) hotel or motel accommodation,
(c) recreation facilities (indoor),
(d) serviced apartments.
