11 Use of certain land at Spencers Creek Road and Lindsay Noonan Drive, South West Rocks

(1) This clause applies to land at Spencers Creek Road, South West Rocks, being Lots 32 and 97, DP 754396, and Lot 962, DP 1009907, and land at Lindsay Noonan Drive, South West Rocks, being Lot 21, DP 1121766, and identified as “Item 11” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2) Development for the purpose of a dwelling house and subdivision is permitted with development consent if the development is carried out on a lot that has an area of not less than 4 hectares.
