7 Delegation (1) The Minister may delegate any of the Minister's powers and functions under this Act to: (a) the Director; or (b) the Chief Health Officer. (2) The Director may delegate any of the Director's powers or functions under this Act, other than a power under Part 10, to a public sector employee.
