21 Person to comply with request of authorised officer (1) A person must not: (a) refuse or fail to comply with a request or requirement of an authorised officer made under section 32; or (b) otherwise obstruct or hinder an authorised officer in the proper execution of his or her duties. (2) A person must not make a false statement in answer to a request of an authorised officer to make a statement or provide proof of his or her age under section 32(4). Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
