71AInjuring or killing animals on public land

71A Injuring or killing animals on public land (1) A person must not, without an authorisation given by the CEO, engage in conduct that causes, or is likely to cause, injury or death to an animal on public land. (a) the person intentionally engages in conduct; and (b) the conduct results, or is likely to result, in injury or death to an animal on public land; and (c) the person is reckless in relation to that result.
