71Dog races

71 Dog races (1) The council may, by notice in writing, exempt a person or body from by-law 46A(1) and (4)(a), 46B(1)(a) or 63 for the purposes of a dog race, dog trial, dog show, or while taking part in the activities of a dog obedience club or using a dog to drive cattle or stock on a road, or for any other purpose or event as the council may determine. (2) An exemption under clause (1) may relate to a particular event or to a class of events and may be subject to the conditions, if any, as the council thinks fit.
