66 Notice of impounding (1) The CEO must ensure that reasonable steps are taken to notify the owner of an impounded animal and whether: (a) the owner must collect the animal; or (b) the owner must await a decision regarding the destruction or disposal of the animal under by-laws 69 to 70A; or
