180 Continuation of library (1) The Katherine Public Library, and any branches of that library, as in existence immediately before the commencement, are continued after the commencement as the public library, as if they were established under by-law 114(1) as in force on the commencement. (2) The services provided by the Katherine Public Library, as in existence immediately before the commencement, are continued as the services provided by the public library as if they had been determined under by-law 114(2) as in force on the commencement.
