171 Reports by committees (1) A report to the council by a committee is to be presented by the chairman of the committee or, in the chairman's absence, by another member of the committee as the Mayor determines. (2) Where more than one recommendation is made by a committee in a report to the council, the decision of the council in relation to each recommendation may be taken separately.
