162 Disorder (1) The Mayor may, where disorder arises at a meeting, adjourn the meeting for 15 minutes and quit the chair. (2) Where, under clause (1), a meeting is adjourned, the Mayor is, on resumption of the meeting, to move a motion to determine whether the meeting will proceed and that meeting is to be put without debate. (3) Where a motion under clause (2) is lost, the Mayor is to declare the meeting closed.
