139 Order of business (1) The order of business at an ordinary meeting is as the council determines. (2) Notwithstanding a determination under clause (1), the order of business at an ordinary meeting may be altered for a particular meeting where the members at the meeting pass a motion to that effect. (3) A motion under clause (2) may be moved without notice.
