130 Authorised person may direct person not to enter or to leave facility (1) An authorised person may direct a person not to enter, or to leave, a facility owned by the council if: (a) the authorised person believes on reasonable grounds that the person is under the influence of liquor or an intoxicating drug; or (b) the person threatens or harasses a council employee or any other person in the facility.

Katherine Town Council By-laws 1998 70 (2) A person must leave a facility owned by the council if directed to do so by an authorised person.
