127 Banning persons (1) The library manager may, by written notice, ban a person from entering the library if the person fails to comply with this Part. (2) A person who receives a notice under clause (1) must not enter the library for the period of time specified in the notice. (3) A person commits an offence if the person fails to comply with clause (2).
