68 Taking evidence and receiving submission
The justices may announce findings or orders, take evidence, receive submissions or sentence a person in relation to any proceedings by –
(a) the personal appearance of a person; or
(b) audio link or audio visual link, within the meaning of the Evidence (Audio and Audio Visual Links) Act 1999 ; or
(c) any other means of communication.
