61 Appeal to Supreme Court against order for bail
An appeal to the Supreme Court under section 125C of the Act is to be –
(a) made by notice in writing; and
(b) supported by an affidavit specifying the material facts on which the appellant wishes to rely, unless a judge otherwise orders.
