6 Form and making of complaint
(1) A complaint is to be in accordance with Form 1.
(2) A complaint must be sworn before a justice.
(3) [Rule 6 Subrule (3) substituted by S.R. 2009, No. 77, Applied:08 Jul 2009] Despite subrule (2) , a complaint made by a public officer does not need to be sworn before a justice.
