Tasmania regulation
This amending instrument updates the Justices (Review) Rules 2004 and takes effect on the day its making is notified in the Gazette (rule 2). The instrument does not itself set out substantive procedures or fee changes; it records that the amendment has been incorporated into the authorised version of the principal rules (rules 3–4). It therefore affects users of the Justices (Review) Rules — justices, review applicants and court staff — by altering the consolidated rules that govern reviews.
