22 Notice of suspension
(1) If the Secretary decides to suspend an appointed justice from the office of Justice of the Peace, the Secretary is to provide written notice of the suspension to the justice.
(2) A notice is to specify –
(a) the grounds for the suspension; and
(b) the day on which the suspension takes effect.
