Tasmania regulation
These Rules amend the Justices Rules 2003 and take effect when their making is notified in the Gazette (rule 2). The amendments are recorded as incorporated into the authorised version of the Principal Rules (rules 4–5). They change the procedural rules that govern justices' courts and therefore affect magistrates, court staff, legal practitioners and court users. The Magistrates Rule Committee made the rules on 25 June 2009; the instrument contains no fee or other financial provisions, so it signals procedural rather than fiscal change.
