Tasmania regulation
This instrument makes a short amendment to the Justices Rules 2003 and takes effect when its making is notified in the Gazette (cl.2–4). It was made by the Magistrates Rule Committee and is administered by the Department of Justice (making and administrative information included). The change updates the authorised text of the Justices Rules 2003; it therefore affects magistrates, court staff, lawyers and parties who must follow those rules.
