Tasmania regulation
These rules amend the Justices Rules 2003 by making changes that are incorporated into the authorised version and which take effect when their making is notified in the Gazette. They affect magistrates’ court procedure users — magistrates, court staff and parties to matters in those courts — by updating the Principal Rules approved by the Magistrates Rule Committee and administered by the Department of Justice.
