Tasmania regulation
These rules amend the Justices Rules 2003 to add family‑violence-related provisions and take effect on 30 March 2005. They were made by the Magistrates Rule Committee and are administered by the Department of Justice; the amendments are incorporated into the authorised version of the Principal Rules. The instrument therefore changes magistrates‑court procedure and rule detail for magistrates, court staff and people involved in family violence matters by modifying the existing Justices Rules.
