50E Chief Clerk of Petty Sessions may make application under Vexatious Proceedings Act 2011
[Section 50E Inserted by No. 31 of 2011, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Mar 2013] The Chief Clerk of Petty Sessions may apply to the Supreme Court under the Vexatious Proceedings Act 2011 for a vexatious proceedings order in relation to a person who has instituted any proceedings in a court of summary jurisdiction under this Act.
