> > (1) Justices before whom any proceedings subject to this Part take place shall take, or cause to be taken, a record of –

> > (4) *\[Section 50A Subsection (4) added by No. 45 of 1986, s. 8 \]*For the purposes of [subsections (2)](#GS50A@Gs2@EN) and [(3)](#GS50A@Gs3@EN) , ***certified***, in relation to a copy of the recording of proceedings or a transcript of the recording of those proceedings, means certified by the person who copied the recording, or who transcribed the recording, of the proceedings as being a true and accurate copy of the recording or transcript of the recording.
